Cookie Policy
This cookie policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on infinityhomes.ae and related website functions operated by Infinity Homes International FZ-LLC (trading as Infinity Homes). It is an information notice, not a contract created by your mere visit. For our use of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in text files that are saved on your computer or other devices when websites are loaded in a browser. They are widely used to remember you and your preferences, either for a single visit (through a “session cookie”) or for multiple repeat visits (using a “persistent cookie”).
Session cookies are temporary cookies that are used during the course of your visit to the Website, and they expire when you close the web browser.
Persistent cookies are used to remember your preferences within our Website and remain on your device even after you close your browser. They ensure a consistent and efficient experience for you while visiting the Website and Services.
Cookies may be set by the Website (“first-party cookies”), or by third parties, such as those who provide advertising or analytics services on the Website (“third party cookies”).
Your consent comes first
We use cookies and comparable storage that are genuinely necessary to operate the public website, security controls and restricted accounts without requiring permission for optional tracking. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies activate only after the visitor has granted the relevant consent through the cookie banner. Platform-supplied technologies are assessed by their actual purpose rather than automatically classified as essential.
The cookie panel offers separate choices for non-essential analytics and marketing categories. The recorded cookie-panel choice is retained for six months, or until you change or withdraw it, after which the panel asks for a new choice. The separate map-display preference described below is not part of that six-month cookie-panel interval.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant cookies being set from that point onwards; cookies already stored can be removed in your browser settings.
What type of cookies do we use?
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies allow us to operate the Website and to provide the features you ask for. For example, they let us keep you signed in to your account while you move between pages, and they store your cookie choice so that the banner is not shown again on every page. These cookies cannot be switched off.
Platform diagnostics. Base44 and its sub-processors may use services such as Datadog for error, performance or security diagnostics and may use related storage or network technologies. Classification depends on each technology’s actual purpose. Technologies that require consent will not be treated as strictly necessary merely because the platform provides them. The published cookie inventory must reflect the technologies actually used in the live environment.
Functionality cookies
Functionality cookies remember optional display or usability preferences where such features are available. A cookie that is not essential to a service requested by the user is not treated as strictly necessary merely because it improves convenience.
Interactive maps and local storage
Our interactive maps use OpenStreetMap Foundation map tiles. A map remains a placeholder until you actively choose “Show map”. At that point your browser requests tiles from OSMF, which may receive your IP address, browser details and requested tile information. We remember your map-display choice in this browser using local storage under the name ih_map_consent. This is not an advertising cookie and is separate from the six-month cookie-banner categories. The current map preference has no automatic expiry; select “Hide map again” or clear site storage to withdraw it. Hiding a map stops further requests from that map but does not erase requests already received by OSMF. Details: https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
The external “Open in your map app” link is optional and opens Google Maps when selected. The link and embedded map use different services. See the Privacy Policy for further details.
Analytical cookies
These cookies enable us and third-party services to collect aggregated data for statistical purposes on how visitors use the Website, so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. These cookies are set only after you have consented to the analytics category.
Advertising cookies
Advertising cookies allow us and our advertising partners to measure the performance of our advertising, to understand which campaigns lead to enquiries, and to show you relevant advertising on other websites and platforms. We use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel for this purpose. These cookies are set only after you have consented to the marketing category.
We do not sell personal data and do not upload enquiry contact lists to advertising platforms for customer-list targeting. However, where an advertising pixel is active following the required consent, the platform provider may receive online identifiers, device information and events that can constitute personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
Which cookies we set
The cookie-settings panel is intended to identify relevant cookies and similar technologies by name, provider, purpose, category and retention period. This inventory must be checked against the live website before publication and updated when technology changes.
Do we use web beacons or tracking pixels?
Yes. The advertising services named above use small image files or code fragments, commonly called web beacons or tracking pixels, to record that a visit or an enquiry followed an advertisement. Like the corresponding cookies, these are loaded only after you have consented to the marketing category.
Interactive map requests are separate from advertising pixels and do not require a Google Analytics or Meta marketing consent. The map service is requested explicitly by selecting “Show map”.
Our individual replies to enquiries do not contain email-open tracking pixels. We do not currently distribute newsletters, unsolicited property offers or automated search alerts. Website pixels, when authorised, are separate from email-open tracking.
What are your cookie options?
Your first and simplest option is the cookie banner and the cookie settings link in the footer of every page, described above. There you can accept or decline analytical and advertising cookies, and change your decision at any time.
In addition, every common browser allows you to delete cookies that have already been set and to refuse new ones. These settings are usually found under “Privacy” or “Privacy and security” in your browser’s settings, and the browser’s own help pages explain the exact steps.
If you block essential session storage, sign-in to the restricted owner or staff areas may no longer work. Refusing optional analytics or marketing technologies must not prevent ordinary use of the public website.
Changes and amendments
We may update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change. We will show the updated date and, where required, seek fresh consent for new or materially changed non-essential technologies.
Your continued browsing does not constitute new consent to analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking.
