What this means in practice
We set this out plainly, because the scope of a licence decides what a company may and may not undertake.
- Engineering, interior design and smart home work is provided by us as consultancy, planning, design, coordination, testing and checking. Installation is carried out by our licensed partner companies.
- Security services consist of assessment, testing and checking. We do not install security systems, provide monitoring, or provide guarding.
- Services for owners are provided as oversight and coordination of services relating to a property.
The licence itself carries the following remark, which we reproduce as it is printed on the certificate:
“The Licensee must obtain the required approvals from the UAE Competent Government Authorities, as applicable.”
The capacity in which we act
Our real estate brokerage activities in Ras Al Khaimah are carried out under the Services Licence shown above and the additional approvals and registrations that apply to our operations.
For selected Dubai developments, we act solely as a contact-introduction or referral partner under arrangements with the relevant developer. We do not publish our own Dubai property advertisements or run the developer’s sale, reservation and contracting process. Only after an interested person expressly agrees to an introduction do we forward the contact and enquiry details needed for it to the identified developer. The developer handles its advertising, sales communications, documents and transaction procedures. We may receive a referral fee from the developer; we do not act as the buyer’s independent adviser or charge the buyer a brokerage fee for that introduction.
We receive no authority to act as an independent agent for the Dubai buyer merely by arranging an introduction. Any later brokerage or advisory engagement would require a separate lawful arrangement. The licence or registration classification of remunerated referral activity is a regulatory question separate from the wording of this notice.
Where a published property listing requires a permit number or other statutory identifier, we display it as required by the rules applicable to that listing. Infinity Homes does not independently publish Dubai property advertisements under its described referral-only model.
