Interior Design
We plan interiors for homes and for the units our clients let or sell — from a single room to a full fit-out — and we coordinate the companies who build them.
What We Do
We start from the brief and the budget, and we say early if the two do not meet. Space planning and layout. Material, finish and lighting schemes. Furniture and joinery specification. Drawings and schedules detailed enough for a contractor to price and build from, rather than images that still need interpreting. Support during tendering, including comparing quotations that look alike and are not. Coordination and site visits while the work runs. And a handover check against the specification, item by item.
How We Work
In stages: brief and survey, concept, detailed design and specification, tender and contractor selection, coordination on site, handover. Each stage ends with something concrete for you to approve before the next one starts, so that a change of mind costs a conversation rather than a rebuild.
For Owners Who Let
A rented interior is specified differently from one you live in. We plan for wear, for replacement cost and for what a tenant actually notices, and where you own several units we build a package that can be repeated instead of designed again each time.
What We Do Not Do
We design, specify and coordinate. The building work and the installation are carried out by licensed partner companies, and we do not hold the construction contract. That separation is deliberate: the person checking the work should not be the person being paid for it.
