This Disclaimer explains the limits of property information, estimates and other general content published at infinityhomes.ae by Infinity Homes International FZ-LLC (trading as Infinity Homes), a free zone limited liability company holding RAKEZ Services Licence number 47037574. It is an information notice. It does not create a binding agreement merely because someone visits the website.

Property information

Property particulars are published in good faith using information available at the time, including information from developers, owners and other sources. They are subject to verification, correction and any express written terms agreed in a transaction. We do not guarantee that every item of third-party information will remain accurate or current. In particular:

  • Measurements and areas are approximate. They are frequently taken from documents supplied by developers, owners or third parties and are not a substitute for a professional survey or measurement.
  • Images, floor plans, renderings and virtual tours are indicative only. Images may be computer-generated, may depict a similar unit, a show home, or a unit presented with furnishings, fixtures or landscaping that are not included. Material differences and any features material to a decision should be clarified before contracting.
  • Prices, service charges, fees and availability are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. A property shown as available may already have been reserved, sold or let.
  • Furnishings, fixtures, appliances and fittings are not included unless expressly stated in writing as part of the transaction.
  • Off-plan properties: completion, handover and delivery dates, as well as specifications and layouts, are estimates and representations provided by the developer. They are subject to change by the developer and do not constitute undertakings by Infinity Homes.
  • Map positions are approximate. Where a property is shown with an approximate location, the exact address is disclosed only where the owner has agreed to its disclosure.
  • Currency conversions are indicative only. Prices are quoted in UAE dirham (AED). Any amount shown in another currency is converted at a reference rate for convenience, and the actual amount may differ because of conversion factors, exchange-rate movement and bank charges.
  • Information received from third parties, including owners, developers and other agents, is passed on as received. We are not able to independently verify every detail.

You should satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of all particulars by inspection and by taking appropriate professional, legal and technical advice before entering into any transaction.

Some property and contact pages provide optional interactive map views. They use OpenStreetMap Foundation map tiles only after the visitor requests the map. A map is illustrative and should not be relied upon to establish precise property boundaries or a legal address.

Services and licensed activities

For selected Dubai developments, our role is limited to introducing an interested person to the relevant developer after the person expressly authorises the sharing of their contact details. We do not independently advertise Dubai listings or conduct the developer’s sales and contracting process.

Infinity Homes provides its services within the scope of its RAKEZ licence. Our smart home, engineering, interior design and related services are provided as consultancy, planning, design, engineering, integration planning, coordination, testing and checking. Installation is carried out by our licensed partner companies. Our security-related services comprise assessment, testing and checking only.

Content and postings

The Website and its contents are protected by copyright and other rights. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Website and Services, nor include any part of them in another work or on another resource by embedding, framing or otherwise, without the express permission of Infinity Homes.

This does not restrict your use of materials we provide to you. You may view, print and share property particulars, brochures and similar documents supplied to you by Infinity Homes for the purpose of evaluating a property, including with your advisers and household, provided that they are not altered and are not used commercially.

Not legal advice

The information provided on the Website is for general information purposes only and is not an alternative to legal advice from your lawyer, other professional services provider, or expert. It is not intended to provide legal advice or opinions of any kind.
